Kath Williams + Associates is a collaborative of creative independent contractors who come together to support innovative green projects. Carefully selecting clients and project teams, KW+A's mission is to change the way buildings are designed, built, and operated in the 21st century through aggressive learning and continuous improvement.
Founded in 2000, our goal has always been to support owners, design teams, corporations, and professional firms who want to produce eco-friendly buildings or education projects. Our commitment is to add value to teams who strive to produce green projects on time and within a conventional budget.
Our Guiding Principles are to
