Washington Township used an early version of LEED-Existing Buildings, Operation and Maintenance, to improve their policies and strategies to save water and energy.
The team also used LEED to support occupant comfort, health, and wellness.
These projects did not qualify for LEED certification due to the energy use caused by the openings of the large garage doors.
