Prior to the Covid pandemic, this building was registered as a LEEDv4 Operations & Maintenance project.
With funding provided by the 2023 State of Montana legislative action, this building will be extensively renovated and is now a LEEDv4 BD+C registered project.
Upgrades were designed to retain as much of the original character while modernizing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Attention was paid to health, safety, and wellbeing of occupants. Building is occupied by State Department of Environmental Quality.
