It was to provide residential units for sale and lease, including a large percentage of housing that meets the HUD definition of "affordable." Office space and artisan manufacturing workshop spaces will be offer. An underground garage was planned for the residential component that is intended to be LEED certified.

The harvest of Agnes Denes’ “Wheatfield An Inspiration. The seed is in the ground,” was in September 2025 at Tinworks Art, a nonprofit that features inclusive art in non-traditional spaces.
