Registered as a LEED-Campus, the new resort will consist of three lodges, a signature restaurant, luxury spa, ski lodge with lift providing direct access to Moonlight Basin Ski Resort. All of these are LEED registered projects on one LEED Master Site. Private residences are also under construction with three models to be certified using LEED-Homes. The project is designed by Olson Kundig, collaborative global design practice, with ownership by developer Lone Mountain Land Company.
