Kath Williams is providing sustainability consulting for this hotel and resort project in Moonlight Basin. Anticipated to be the first One & Only brand hotel in USA, the resort will consist of three lodges--west, east, and main lodge, a signature restaurant, spa, and ski lodge. The gondola gives guests direct access to the entire Moonlight Basin and Big Sky ski terrain. Private residential homes are being built as well a guest cabins. All will have spectacular views of Lone Mountain and Spanish Peaks with walkable, skiable, and alternative transportation access throughout the year.
