Part of a major rejuvenation project in Center City, the 17-story East Market Tower is 429,504 square feet of new residential, retail, and underground parking. Adjacent projects include a new West Tower, rebuilding of a classic structure, and the renovation of an historic building--all designed to bring live/work/play to downtown Philadelphia.

Formerly known as Girard Square, the new development on the 4.3 acre site was named East Market Tower with Phase 1 having the first two levels dedicated to 160,00 square feet of retail and remaining being 322 apartment units. The completed project totals 2 million square feet.
