KW+A is honored to be supporting Xanterra as developer of new and major remodel projects in Yellowstone National Park from 2013 through 2023. Under contract with the National Park Service, Xanterra has committed substantial financial resources to these projects as well as to serve as concessionaire within Yellowstone National Park for the next 20 years.

Xanterra has committed numerous current and upcoming projects to be designed, built, and certified under the current version(s) of LEED. KW+A will lead the sustainability team and be responsible for submittal of all appropriate projects to the US Green Building Council and Green Building Certification Institute for LEED certification.
